ou must notify us in writing by email to fiona@thelittleinteriorcompany.co.uk to explain your concerns. Please title your email ‘Damaged Goods’ and then order number. If we agree with your concerns, we will confirm by email that you may return the goods in their original condition and packaging which must be sent to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following delivery.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or dispatch an exchange if this has been requested.
